If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we have a generous return policy. We want you to be happy with your products and with the experience of shopping with us. We realize that when shopping on the Internet, the product(s) you purchase may not always be what you expected.

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges on items that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns on: clearance, fashion accessories, skin care, hair care or makeup products.

Open item(s) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or damage was the result of our error.

Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same new condition with its original packaging
If you would like to return or exchange your order please send it to the address above. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. Send only via US Mail (NOT UPS or FedEx) and DO NOT require a signature. Include a Delivery Confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered by USPS.

Tracking your Order
Beautyjar will notify you via e-mail with the tracking number and carrier information as soon as your order is processed and shipped . Please allow approximately 24 hours before tracking the package.
Order modification/Changes /Cancellation
We accept all order changes/modifications/cancellations, provided your order has not been shipped. Please e-mail your exact changes, invoice number to our processing department customercare@beautyjar.com.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.
